Operator. Leader.
Builder. Visionary.
I grew up in Central Florida, earned a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida in 2011, and then did something unexpected: my husband and I moved to Bordeaux, France, where he pursued winemaking. That year abroad gave me something no classroom could — a deep understanding of the relationship between land, water, and the people who depend on both.
When we arrived in Napa, California, I found my way into environmental compliance and never looked back. What began as a role expanding a firm's water services department became a decade-long journey into the operational heart of California water infrastructure. I rose from technician to Technical Account Manager managing 98 client accounts, to Potable Department Manager personally overseeing 60+ public water systems, to Director of Technical Services.
I was never just watching. I was running things.
I held three California state licenses in Drinking Water and Wastewater Operations — a combination that gave me a complete view of the water cycle. I worked closely with regulators, engineers, and contractors across wineries, private estates, and municipalities. I learned what breaks. I learned what holds. And I learned exactly what the industry was missing.
So I built it. BCG Water to serve the clients I knew best. Pivora Collective to house the platforms I kept wishing existed. Clarivora to tell the stories water infrastructure deserves.
